We accept returns within 30 days of your purchase date if they were made online. Items must be returned in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact. A refund to your original payment method will be made.

Most items purchased from Lanis and Company are eligible for return, including:

How to Return an Item

In-Store Returns

Bring your item along with your original receipt to our retail location at 17041 Baxter Road in Chesterfield. Our team will be happy to process your return immediately. If you ordered the item online, you may return it at the store.

Online Returns

To return an item purchased online:

1. Ensure you have your original receipt or order confirmation
2. Package the item securely in its original or equivalent packaging

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for returns that are lost in transit.
