7-Day Return Window for In-Store Purchases

We accept returns within 7 days of your purchase date if they were made in-store. Items must be returned in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact. Store credit will be issued.

30-Day Return Window for Online Purchases

We accept returns within 30 days of your purchase date if they were made online. Items must be returned in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact. A refudn to your original payment method will be made.

How to Return an Item

In-Store Returns

Bring your item along with your original receipt to our retail location at 17041 Baxter Road in Chesterfield. Our team will be happy to process your return immediately. If you ordered the item online, you may return it at the store.

Online Returns

To return an item purchased online:

  2. Package the item securely in its original or equivalent packaging
